Birthdays no doubt mean a lot to kids, especially when their parents remember to make it a special one for them. Nigerian actor and politician, Desmond Elliot, recently took to his Instagram page to celebrate his kids as they clocked a year older. On September 16, 2019, Elliot’s second set of twins, Donald and Dawna, clocked nine and their father made sure to mark the occasion on social media.
