Lagos police reportedly invite Tekno for questioning over half-clad girls saga

Singer Tekno has reportedly been invited by officers of the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) in Lagos, in connection to his involvement with in disrupting public decency in the state.

its has been reported that music act released an official statement on his official Instagram page, in which he cleared the air about the transparent truck that was spotted on the island, conveying unclad girls. The music act had explained that he never intended to deliberately cause public unrest and the situation only came to play because he needed to convey people to the next location for a music video shoot.

This Day reports that the Pana crooner was arrested on Tuesday, August 6, and is being questioned at the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCIID), Panti, Yaba. According to the report, the singing star’s arrest was confirmed by the state’s police spokeman, Bala Elkana, who made it known that he was invited for questioning.
